In Industry, you can encounter a variety of problems related to health, safety and wellbeing. These may be employees with health issues affecting their ability to be at or attend work with various health issues, surgery or injury. Or it could be broader work place related problems like exposure to noise, dust or vibration in the workplace, that requires mandatory risk mitigation and health surveillance.

We can provide a bespoke Health Surveillance / Health Screening programme to assist with meeting your HSE legislative requirements for potential hazards in the workplace.

We offer a medical referral service for fitness for work referrals with experienced doctors who will ensure your referrals are actioned promptly and professionally with personal impartial advice.

If you are an industry specific to asbestos, lead or ionising radiation our doctors can provide bespoke medicals to ensure that legislative requirements are met.

If employees are working at home or the office, you have an obligation to make sure your employees are not impacted by ongoing DSE use on any underlying conditions

With doctors and staff based across the country, we can perform the required assessments at our clinic or your premises, we’re able to come to you while causing minimal disruption to your working day.

Dr Khalid Sachak

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Khalid studied Medicine at the University of Warwick and serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing clinical delivery, corporate partnerships, and medical logistics across the UK. He is a GP in the West Midlands with extensive experience in directing and scaling medical services.

In addition to his clinical work, Khalid acts as a Foster and Adoption Medical Advisor to Warwickshire County Council and multiple independent fostering agencies across the UK. If you are going through the onboarding process, you can easily access these specialist adoption medical services and fostering medical services through our sister organization, Midland Medical Group, which operates out of more than 40 convenient nationwide clinics.

He is also a DVLA delegated doctor who carries out official drug and alcohol testing on behalf of the DVLA. Through Midland Medical Group, Khalid oversees the delivery of a comprehensive suite of professional driver medicals—ranging from standard D4 HGV and taxi assessments to specialized airport airside driver medicals and MATS climber fitness checks.

With wide-ranging expertise in pre-employment and occupational health screening, Khalid routinely delivers bespoke industrial assessments, including police medicals, construction health tracking, and safety-critical medicals for major commercial clients nationwide.

Dr Sarwar Chowdhury

Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

Sarwar is a highly experienced Consultant Specialist Occupational Physician with a proven track record, including a Leading Top 3 UK Occupational Health Service. He holds an MSc in Occupational Medicine and is an Accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine (MFOM), with extensive expertise in complex medical referrals, health surveillance, and specialised assessments for various industries, including rail and fire services. Sarwar is also a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for drug and alcohol testing, and he co-founded the Occupational Health Academy and is a Clinical Lecturer, demonstrating his commitment to medical education. He is involved in iOH charity organisation and Society of Occupational Medicine.


He is HSE appointed doctor for Ionising Radiation, Asbestos and Lead and is FOM approved for Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments

Dr Zoe Ilivitzky

Medical Doctor

Dr Zoe is a doctor with a background in Emergency Medicine, having worked across both the UK and Australia. She is now developing her career in Occupational Medicine, bringing with her extensive experience in acute clinical assessment, risk evaluation and clear, evidence-based decision making. Dr Zoe works as a delegated DVLA doctor, undertaking drug and alcohol screening and carrying out a range of pre-employment, driving, and sporting medicals. She also works with the Ministry of Defence, conducting medical assessments to determine fitness for service in the British Army.

Dr Anas Tahir

Medical Doctor

Dr Anas is an academic GP registrar with a strong background in NHS primary care, combining everyday general practice work with research aimed at improving patient care and how services are delivered. His research includes work on primary care incentives, GP workload and workforce initiatives, and the use of digital tools in primary care to make services more effective and accessible for patients. He has broad experience in carrying out medical assessments and certificates, including driver medicals, pre-employment medicals, and fitness-to-work assessments. He is also experienced in drug and alcohol testing, and takes a thorough, professional, and patient-friendly approach. Dr Anas is committed to providing clear advice, efficient appointments, and high-quality assessments tailored to each patient’s needs.
