Questions

Yes. We specialise in mobile on-site clinics. Our clinical team brings all necessary equipment and supplies to your office, warehouse, or site. This minimises operational disruption, as employees only need to step away from their desks for 10–15 minutes rather than traveling to a GP or pharmacy.

Absolutely. All vaccinations are administered by qualified Occupational Health nurses or doctors who are specifically trained in immunisation and anaphylaxis management. Work Doctor OH maintains comprehensive medical malpractice and public liability insurance for all workplace interventions.

For roles where employees are at risk of exposure to blood-borne pathogens, the Health and Safety at Work Act (and COSHH) requires employers to provide appropriate protection. We offer Hep B vaccination courses and follow-up immunity screening (titre checks) to provide you with the necessary certification of occupational clearance.
We cater to businesses of all sizes. While on-site clinics are most cost-effective for groups (usually 10+), we can also provide individual vouchers for smaller teams or remote workers to visit one of our partner clinics across the UK.
Occupational clearance ensures that employees in high-density or public-facing roles (like healthcare, education, or travel) are immune to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella. This prevents workplace outbreaks that could lead to mass isolation requirements and severe operational downtime.
Patient safety is our priority. Our clinicians arrive with full emergency kits, including adrenaline for the rare event of an allergic reaction. We require employees to remain in the vicinity for 15 minutes post-vaccination for observation, ensuring total peace of mind for the employer.
Yes. We offer a “Specialist Risk” service where we review the destination and role of the employee. We then provide a tailored vaccination schedule (e.g., Yellow Fever, Typhoid, or Rabies) to ensure they are medically fit for deployment and compliant with international entry requirements.
We provide a high-level summary report for HR and Health & Safety records. This includes the number of employees vaccinated and, where relevant, certificates of immunity/fitness for work. All personal medical data is handled strictly according to GDPR and clinical confidentiality standards.

For seasonal services like the Flu vaccine, we recommend booking in late summer (August/September) for autumn delivery. However, for most other services like Hep B or COVID-19 boosters, we can usually mobilise a clinical team within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
